Stop Unnecessary Fee Increases
I was taught fiscal responsibility early in life and have continued that obligation throughout my working life. I will ensure that our dollars are spent wisely so that District 8 remains a District that avoids raising fees due to reckless spending, all the while maintaining the infrastructure, beauty and amenities we all enjoy.
ON FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 6th, 2024, I VOTED TO KEEP OUR MAINTENANCE ASSESSMENT RATES THE SAME FOR THIS COMING FISCAL YEAR. NO INCREASE!

The VCDD governance provides perpetual maintenance of our infrastructure and amenities paid by our fees. As your VCDD 8 Board Supervisor, I will provide a fair, consistent and well-reasoned approach to management of our dollars and community, providing for necessary maintenance and protecting our property values.
Safeguard Our Community
We all want safety and security in our neighborhoods for our family and friends. I have and will continue my efforts to bring about the following:
- Ensure Our Multi-Modal Paths are Safe
- Adequately Fund Community Watch and Provide Oversight
- Use the System to Eliminate Trolls and Bullies
- Provide and Disseminate Accurate Information
